Tapping Away Festive Stress with Brad Yates

Tapping Away Festive Stress with Brad Yates

I hope you are feeling the Spirit of Christmas this Christmas Eve, irrespective of your faith or philosophy. For most people it seems easier to tap into the vibration of generosity and kindness at this time of year, though peace can be elusive if you’ve found yourself caught up in some of the usual festive period stresses.

You may be experiencing family tensions as family members who don’t often see each other much on a day-to-day basis spend days together over the holiday season, usually indoors, leading to tensions and the feeling that everything has to be kept ‘nice’ leaving little room for authentic expression or conflict resolution. Or you may be feeling financial burdens, loneliness or just the pressure of living up to more expectations of what makes a ‘good’ Christmas than time really allows for.

Whatever your stress today, it can be easily relieved, allowing you to breathe deeply and tap into the feelings of joy and peace with a simple technique called EFT or “tapping”. It’s a simple procedure, though a little odd looking if you’ve not come across it before, but it works wonderfully and I know of no better master at it than Brad Yates.

With my warm wishes to you, here is a short video to help relieve stress and constricted breathing; just follow along with the actions and repeat the statements after Brad has said them.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones.
